What counts as a verified match?
Any match that uses our public-seed RNG verification counts toward your plan limit. This includes casual, ranked, and tournament matches where outcomes are cryptographically auditable.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
How does the take-rate work on entry fees and UGC sales?
The take-rate applies only to cleared transactions. For paid tournament entry fees, we take the tier percentage after payment processing. For UGC marketplace sales, the percentage applies to the final GMV after creator revenue share.
What happens if I exceed my monthly match limit?
Matches continue without interruption. Overages are billed at $0.40 per 1,000 verified matches, calculated at the end of each billing cycle. No surprises or service cuts.
